How did they become clients?
One of their ColdFusion developers knew them from the local ColdFusion User Group that TeraTech ran.
What was the CF problem they were facing?
They tried to do a project internally and “bit off more than they could chew.” Their internal IT department could not solve the problem, and we presented demos early on that showed our approach to the project working.

They trusted us to get the job done on schedule and seeing demos early was key.
What we did for them...
We developed a report automation system that takes survey data and automatically produce a PowerPoint report from that data. This was a feature missing from ColdFusion at the time and we used a Java PowerPoint library to create the slides.
Close attention was paid to making the resulting PPT files consistent with the slide templates provided, as well as the data and graphs given to us. We paid close attention to providing the correct look-and-feel of the cover page, logo, headers, footers, fonts, colors, clarity, and graph size.
